About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on the Buylow store. Buylow Marketplace Limited, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, sells the products. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Nigerian naira and are shown before you pay.
• A service fee of ₦2,000 applies to every order.
• Delivery is included in the total you pay at checkout. The delivery fee for each state is shown before you pay. Our fees by state are on the delivery page.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on your screen.
• Prices and availability can change. The price you see when you place your order is the price we charge.

Placing an order

When you place an order we give you an order number. Please give accurate delivery details. An order is created only when Paystack confirms your payment.

Payment

Payment is made through Paystack, by card or bank account. Pay the exact total shown at checkout.

Paystack confirms each payment to us, and your order is recorded only then. We never ask you for your banking password.

Failed payments and cancellation

• If a payment fails, no order is created and you are not charged. If the last item sells out while you are paying, we refund the payment in full.
• If you were charged but no order appears, message us on WhatsApp with the reference from the payment page. We check it with Paystack and either confirm your order or refund you.
• You can ask us to cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, the returns process applies.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide through logistics partners. Delivery times and fees are set out on the delivery page. Once an item has been delivered to the address you gave, it is yours.

Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds process is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other Nigerian consumer law.

Accounts and sign-in

You can shop as a guest, or create an account. An account is signed in with a six-digit code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email safe. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Discount codes

A discount code applies to one order and must meet its conditions, such as a minimum spend and an expiry date. We can withdraw a code that has been misused or that was published in error.

Acceptable use

Please do not place false or fraudulent orders, use codes you are not entitled to, or try to interfere with the store. We may cancel an order that breaks these rules and tell you why.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the products and services we sell, as the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, that do not arise from our own fault. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

Our content

The Buylow name, logo, photos and text on this store belong to Buylow Marketplace Limited or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at buylowmarketplace@protonmail.com or on WhatsApp. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.
